Computer Emergency provides a completely mobile computer service for residents and businesses across Brisbane. We’ll come to you anytime at any place within the Brisbane region. This covers all areas from Northlakes on the Brisbane Northside to Slacks Creen on the Brisbane Southside. We also offer our services to Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast areas, Sydney & Newcastle, as well as remote access services for people across Australia and the world.
Our mobile computer repair service is offered with a flat rate, 24 hours per day. There are no extra charges for travel time (unless out of the area), bridge tolls or parking (Sydney CBD clients should arrange on site parking where possible)
Our base is in Morningside (near the M1 at Brisbane) and repair vehicles are dispatched from this location. We are just off the motorway so can access most areas of the Brisbane within 30 minutes, as well as 60 minutes for Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast bookings. (travel fee may be applicable for those over 40 minutes away)

For those people out of our service area, we are still able to assist. We can discus a small travel fee or arrange a remote access service. We have regular visits to the Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane & Bathurst as well as remote access clients located in Sydney, Longreach, Japan, Canada, USA & Saudi Arabia.
If a repair job is going to take a few hours, we can save you money by taking your computer back to our workshop where we can work on several computers at once. We can also make multiple stops during the day if we have clients in close proximity of each other.
